1. Vending Space 
    1. Merchant vending space is for a single Fort Collins Pagan Pride. Vending space includes  ONE 10X10 space at $70, paid by August 4th. 
    2. Multiple spots may be purchased with a maximum of 2 spaces for a single vendor. 
    3. You may share a space with another vendor but contact information as well as merchandise information must be included for both on the application and contract.
    4. Nonpayment will result in loss of vending space. If you are not selected any fees will be refunded.
    5. Food trucks must have up to date licensee for Fort Collins 
    6. Readers in the shared reader tent must have payment in by August 4th of $45.
    7. Community Spaces are offered to community leaders, covens, churches, etc. who are not selling merchandise but sharing their group.  These space are $25 and payment must be received by August 4th. 
  2. Set-up / tear down and site rules
    1. Vendor set up is from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. You are responsible for bringing your own tables / chairs and coverings. 
    2. Please note that there is no electricity available at the park.
    3. All tents must be weighted down. Steaks in the ground can be no longer than 6 inches and those who do not have a safe tent/canopy will be asked to take it down. 
    4. Vendors must begin to break down their display at 5 p.m. to be ready to leave their site no later than 6:30 p.m.
    5. There is to be no vending of: alcohol, tobacco, fireworks, weapons of any kind, marijuana,  drug paraphernalia or related items.
    6. There is no smoking in City Library Park.  The closest smoking areas are the sidewalks across the street to the west and south of the park. There is no smoking in the porta potties, or tent areas within the event. More information here: http://www.fcgov.com/smokefree/
  3. Tax Information 
    1. Vendor must have a current copy of their CO Sales Tax ID
    2. Vendors who do not have a CO Sales Tax ID can apply online at: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/tax/sales-tax-account-license.
    3. A Temporary Tax ID will NOT be available through FoCo PPD. Each vendor is responsible for their own Tax ID and Sales Tax compliance. 
  4. Rain, Shine, Canceling 
    1. The event is being held outdoors, rain, or shine. There is ample shade cover but no rain cover. Please be prepared in the event of rain. In the event of lightning or tornado the event will be canceled or postponed by the discretion of Fort Collins Pagan Pride. These decisions are final.
    2. Once accepted, vending fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your non-refundable vendor fee can be considered a donation, for a receipt please contact the Vendor Coordinator. 
  5. Disclaimer 
    1. Denial of this application for whatever reason does not constitute non-acceptance of your goods and / or services because of quality, or prejudice towards you or your product and/or services. Decisions will be based solely on space limitations and / or limits on how many of the same products/services will be available at the event.
  6. Participant Information and Rules of Conduct For Fort Collins Pagan Pride Day Event 
    1. Vendors must arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and must be completely set up and ready to vend by 10:00 a.m.
    2. All vehicles will then need to find parking.You cannot keep your vehicle at your booth space. Please obey all traffic laws and take note if your parking space has a time limit. Vehicles parking in handicapped parking spaces must display a legal handicapped parking badge or license plate. There is NO loading or unloading from the handicapped parking spaces for vehicles without the appropriate parking placard.
    3. Vending locations will be assigned in advance, and, while preferences will be taken into consideration, no location guarantees can be made.
    4. Each vending space is 10‟ X 10‟ in size.
    5. Vendors must supply their own display rain/canopy/tents, tables, chairs, etc. All stakes must be shorter than 6 inches in length. Due to potential for wind and weather we highly recommend you also use weights to help hold your canopy down. Nothing may be affixed to the trees in the park.

NOTE: There is NO rain cover at this event. It is suggested that vendors bring a covered pavilion – but no tarps or homemade covers.

    1. Please provide at least one person who will be manning your booth at all times. Neither the FoCo Pagan Pride committee, the personnel at the park, or any individual therein will be responsible for any loss or damage to your wares.
    2. This is a family-oriented event. No adult-themed items can be displayed or offered for sale.
    3. All vendors must have a CO Sales Tax ID. They must bring it to the event and display it  at their booth. 
    4. You are responsible for collecting and reporting all sales of hard goods and taxes for your business.
    5. All participants will conduct themselves in a well-behaved and lawful manner at all times.
    6. Participants will be responsible for all members in their group.
    7. There may be food / drink vendors in the park and you may bring your own picnic lunch as well. Please clean up after yourselves.
    8. All vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their areas. Trash cans will be available. Please leave the park better than you found it. Failure to clean up properly can result in non-approval of future applications. Failure to clean up after your booth will result in a $30 fee payable to Fort Collins Pagan Pride within 30 days of the event and a probationary period prohibiting vendors from the next year’s event.
    9. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are permitted at this event.
    10. A responsible adult must accompany children under 13.
    11. Vendors must abide by all applicable city, state, and federal laws while on event property.
    12. Vendors must break down their displays and be ready to leave their site no later than 6:30 pm.
    13. This event will be held rain or shine. Once payment is made, no refunds will be given.
    14. Sale of food is strictly restricted by permit. Please do not bring food or snacks to sell without the written approval of Fort Collins Pagan Pride.
    15. All vendors must agree to abide by and support the Fort Collins Pagan Pride Anti-Harassment policy in addition to all local, state, and federal laws.
